Yawning as she plodded downstairs, trying to wake up, Calida scraped a hand through her hair as she sped up on her way up to the boy's dormitory.
Opening the door quietly, and closing it behind her just as quietly, she made her way to Gabe's bed and tugged the curtain open just enough to blink sluggishly at him. "Coming in?"
Smiling vaguely at him, her eyes half closing on their own accord before she blinked them open again to crawl in beside him, yawning. "Should I ask for a bedtime story?" she teased, hoping to take Gabe's attention away from the storm that was pretty audible in the dorm.
It hadnt seemed as loud in hers... but then, she slept like the dead. ...Supposedly.
Breathing in and out slowly, she spared enough attention to close the curtain again and pulled the covers up under her chin. "'Sok, kitten..."
Folding his bottom lip in, he nibbled at it and tried not to flinch when another crack of thunder sounded as though it was splitting the castle in two.
At least, that's what it sounded like to Gabe.
Nodding to indicate he had heard her, he slid back under the covers, automatically inching closer to Calida, knowing she'd be drifting to sleep soon at this rate. Even then, something about having her close by seemed to make the bright flashes and rumbling thunder seem less ominous.

"Yeah, come on," he told her, bunching the covers up so that she could slide under them before he let them fall over her again.
