Please take a look at this.It concerns my dad and his search for a kidney. I got misty-eyed reading it; it's nothing I didn't know, but it's always hard to be confronted with all the details at once. Did one of your family members make that? When does your dad need a kidney?

Oh my. Hugs will be coming in when I get there. And people (old LCFers from my era) can attest that these hugs are well worth it.

I would help except I'm AB+ and carrying who knows what at this time (from Iraq). I suppose your family has tried the obvious family member.

There are a lot of A+ people in Utah (I know from conducting 6 blood testing labs with 20 kids in each and having 75% of them come back with Type A+ blood). I wonder if there is any way to advertise for your father in Utah. The people here donate to charities all the time, and I am sure there are some people that would seriously think of donating a kidney for your father.
