This is going to be a long thirty days. I'm already at a loss as to what to write about.

I have a question for you, flist. Could any of you point me towards some resources for asthmatics? My asthma has gotten progressively worse during the last year, and I don't really know what to do about it. When I was diagnosed (seven years ago), my doctor

Thanks. That's helpful. I've figured out the yawning thing; sometimes the first sign that I'm having an attack is that I can't stop yawning.

My pediatrician put me on Advair and Singulair when I had my first attack, but the allergist I saw shortly afterwards took me off the Advair. It might be worth getting back on now that it's worse.
