I wrote this for the Yule Balls Fest on LJ. This is the little leper I referred to in an earlier post: the talented Ms. tailoredshirt helped me beat it into a story that actually isn't too bad--I'm willing to own up to writing it, anyway.

Oddly, in such a hot bit of writing, my favorite thing was your Verity. She's so sparky and sharp! Not a character I ever really noticed before, but so interesting here!

Thank you! But why so surprised to find out I wrote it? Did you read it before the reveal?

I like Verity, though I'm not entirely sure where she came from. I may have made her up, may have clipped her from another fanfic (sorry to whoever I stole her from! Tell me who you are), hell, she could even be canon. I enjoy writing her--on of these days she's going to turn up as an OFC if I ever get the chance.

Yep, read it before the reveal and loved it. Spend a good while wondering who was the author, to be honest. Nice to have that mystery solved!
