Awwwwww--thanks for the dedication. Hmmmm...maybe I should go over Jane Brodie's Good Food cookbook for you--not veggie, but emphasis on healthy eating so probably lots of either veggie or adaptable.

Almost everything is adaptable, I find... I've even found a recipe for veggie meatloaf (that didn't even use soy). Don't feel obliged, but if you're bored... I'd love you for it.
