Oh, Gin... I do like his character, but I'm not quite sure what to make of him at times like these. So deceptively wicked on the surface, but who knows what really lies underneath.

I loved the entire setting and tone for this story. A very somber tone to contrast with all the fluff that I've been reading lately (not to say that fluff is a bad thing XD)

Hee. I'm not as big a fan of Gin as most people are - possibly because I like Mayuri, whose crazy outranks Gin by just a bit - but he's a very fascinating character to work with. I haven't written from his point of view yet, but I'm sure it'd be all sorts of fun. :D

Thank you. ^^ I just had this image in mind of a lone tree next to a river. A bit like Kira, I suppose. I just didn't want to make Kira too emo. I'm afraid that didn't work out, though. *grin*
