Congratulations! I've never had a sheltie, but have heard only good things about them.

Awww... Congratulations!!! I am so happy for you both! Hmmm... Let me think of a name or three. Have you thought about "Javi"? That is a good name... *giggles*

Honestly... how 'bout:
"Pippin" (a cute hobbit name)
"Gossamer" (Bugs Bunny reference - think the giant red furry thing from the lab)
"Buttons" (Aninamics reference)
"Max"
"Neo - Mr. Anderson"

Damn... I was too much TV. *giggles*

*hugs*

Small is fine.
Chandler's best friend Crevan is only 13 lbs.
Just don't let a great dane fall on him.
(This happened to Crevan-hopefully he got the splint off his leg yesterday.)

A sheltie breeder that I know up here also debarks her dogs. I can't say I'm thrilled with it, but I do understand it helps keep peace with the neighbors.

Maybe you should go for a scottish name, as he's a scottish dog? *chuckle* Just don't take as long as I did-it took me three weeks to find the "right" name for Chandler.

LOL
That idea crossed by mind but the thoughts went immediately to Connor and Duncan MacLeod.

Hmm....
There should have been only one!
(Except for the series.)

Actually it could be worse.
My mom suggested I name Chandler "Angus."

Hmm... after a little research I find out that Duncan means "dark warrior".

I wonder...

*adds it to the list of possible names*
