Okay, but the AfterElton poll is pretty funny. I've been going through the comments and some Dean/Castiel and Stiles/Derek shippers are at war with each other while others are talking about a big, happy family, with Supernatural as the big brother and Teen Wolf as the little brother. (admittedly, there are some pretty cool graphics)

Derek/Stiles is totally winning. I'm totally voting. God, uni needs to start again.

They really are a waste of time. As far as the Derek/Stiles shippers are concerned, winning will give the ship a better chance of becoming canon, which, \o/. Stiles/Derek is still as likely to actually happen as Dean/castiel, to be honest, even with MTV giving us "Sterek" bloopers. (most of them are of Hoechlin and Dylan separately, but okay.)

idk, I like the Teen Wolf fandom, because there are a lot of great graphics and they're on top of shit on Tumblr, but the die hard shippers already feel so entitled to Derek/Stiles happening (or practically consider it canon), that I want it to not happen, ever, just because if it does happen, it's going to feel like it did because of a vocal fandom which is no way to run a show (sort of like with the constant quips Supernatural keeps adding it, purely for the sake of the fandom. It's funny at first but after the umpteenth blatant pun that has no place in the story, it just becomes annoying and misplaced)

I agree with you on that. It's a shame really, I kinda liked derek/stiles as a non serious thing for a while. Entitled shippers/fans ruin everything.

Ugh, the Supernatural fanservice is annoying. It put me off wincest and fuelled all of that destiel crap. And then...shipwars. The only thing that makes it kind of funny is Jensen's indifference to Destiel. Can't wait to see what gems they come up with this season. I hope they've at least canned the dick jokes.
