I just added you as a friend (came across your journal while BPALing). I like to add writers because you're so interesting. Did you write these?

Hi back! Nice to meet you, too! : )
I'm really impressed. There are a lot of "writer" that post entries and you can tell that someone who loved them a lot fed them lots of compliments, with nothing to back it up. Each of these is very short and yet very well written. I can't wait until I have some free time to go backwards and read more. Thank you for sharing!

Breathe was beautifully written, Christina, along with all the others. Your words are so inspiring, touching, and lovely. Thank you.

Gorgeous.

Breath, Curious and Vessel are my favorites from this set.

I think Curious is my favorite, too, and I don't know why. I also like Tranquil, and that's slightly morbid of me.

Have you read Waking the Moon? If you haven't, you totally should.

I haven't-- who's it by?

Scratch that--I Googled it and see that it's by Elizabeth Hand. Unfortunately, my local library doesn't have it, but they do have a couple of her other books, so I might check them out. Thanks for the rec.

I wish I'd seen The L Word now, because I really enjoyed the 'opaque' drabble, and I love your own take on the word.
I have to say that 'Mystagogue' is my favourite of the lot though. Your style is so vivid and tangible here that I found myself immersed within the first few lines. Each little detail you've included gives the piece so much life. Lovely.
