Please tell me the paper version made it to your doorstep! If it didn't, I must have botched the address, or your postman is an agent for the Daleks, or something :p...
I was especially fascinated by how you used that colour pencil to sketch bodies underneath the clothes, which probably is a good idea in general, since it would really contribute to movements looking natural. Fascinating.
Thanks again for sharing the information relating to the Caran d'Ache. I'm now experimenting and it's fun. I can see how this will help me distinguish the rough sketch from the overlaid drawing. My lines also only emerge eventually so this is so helpful. Thanks!
Oh! This was one of my favorites!! Thank you for sharing the process- I loved seeing it step-by-step. Your renditions of our beloved characters are absolutely enchanting. I ADORE your Severus!!! Just wonderful.
It's difficult to express just how much I love drawing Snape and imagining (mostly annoying) situations to put him in, and it always makes me intensely happy to hear that the result gives other people joy too :D...

I love looking at the image of Severus Snape contemplating his fate. The wee snake clasp is a beautiful detail.
Unless it is an artist's secret or a really stupid question, is there a reason you use green (or is it blue) for some of the (prepatory?) sketching?
I love your art and the style you draw in so much.
