Aww, that's too bad. :/ I must admit that I haven't even had a chance to watch it yet, but I ♥ Amanda Tapping so I feel it's my fannish duty to fangirl it like mad.

Poor actors. They really should be protected from even knowing about fandom insanity and yet when they are told about it, esp. by reporters, I can't stop laughing!

Fandom is fandom, you know? It feels like it lives in its own little reality so when it's mentioned in RL it's kinda freaky. WORLDS COLLIDING!

I'm glad that Misha's experience with fandom seems to be positive so far, because I take it from what I've read that Jensen & Jared have not been so fortunate. :( But the guy who plays Bobby seems to have his own harem of fans that he's really friendly with, so *shrugs*. I think fandom just needs to police itself a bit more and not be assholes when the line blurs.

I laugh imagining how it looks from their eyes. LOOK, a fandom revolving around me! Pretty awesome. Of course, fandom also has its squicky, dark, vicious side and I'm glad to not have that all aimed at me.
