A couple of weeks ago I spoke to Arianna because of this one filter that she had made to people called 'Sigils' and explained a good deal of things to me. She also mentioned that you are a part of Lisbon's Black Order.

So. I was wondering if you knew anything about or any information concerning the Brussel's Black Order? If I was up to trusting a good number of people, I'd get in contact with them myself.

It's nice to see that Arianna was able to reach out to people before her death, and she's right - I am a member of Lisbon's Black Order, but I do directly report anything to the General.

Concerning Brussels's Black Order, they've been rather quiet for some time, so I honestly cannot tell you. But yes, it's best if only a select few people know, and really the best ones who should know are the Black Order Generals, who I'm sure talk regularly. If you'd like, I can have Lisbon's General contact you as soon as possible and contact Brussels's General, as well.
