It is sad, but by the same token those fishermen have families to support. Nature is red in tooth and claw and all of that. Some times there are no easy answers.

Incidentally I'm not saying it shouldn't be protested, I just think blaming fisherman is the wrong tact. It'd be like blaming people who work at walmart for the shitty things walmart does. If it came down to me and mine being homeless or killing a shit load of dolphin, I know what I'm doing everytime. The real disease is a system which necessitates unreasonable cruelty as a necessity for survival in the world we have built for ourselves, whhile the pupetters thrive without having to get their hands dirty.

My heart starts racing once I hear of stuff like that. Same thing with their killing cats, shaving and roasting them over fire like chicken... I accidentially stumbled over a video in yahoo videos the other day, looking for cute videos on cats and saw that crap... How a cat was killed and the whole procedere. I went to the bathroom to vomit. Stuff made me think and feel sick though and I am so close on becoming a vegetarian. When I see animal transports on the autobahn saying "we transport happy cows and pigs" I think this is the most ridiculous thing.
