The fact is we people find sometimes quite hard to forgive things so quickly and we hold on tightly to old hurtful things... you know, the victim's role... so (wrongly) appreciated... it's easier to be in the middle of all persons being patted and caressed and receiving their simpathy because all the bad things that we had to go through than facing things and people and our own mistakes... Only when we do that, we can see our part in every problem and then forgiving comes naturally... But who's ready and willing to sit and talk like that?

That being the realization that you had a problem and you worked on it. Now you know when you are "in danger" to overreact and can try to calm down a bit before "writing amok" :-) Ranting is still o.k. if it's necessary *g*

Yes, I also realized with my sister that our 'problem' with our flist here is mostly based on our lack of self esteem, so we must work that energy again... I was so different when i had all that worked out and did my daily energetic excercises! But i gave up and time passed and well, those negative mental patterns began to reign again... It's lile addictions, you can never stop working on them...

Tell me about addiction... You're an addict forever and you have to fight to stay away from the triggers. Sometimes it's easier and sometimes you really have to fight. But it's always worth the fight!
