God I'm utterly slothful when I'm housesitting for my sister. Besides from a two hour stint at the shops where I racked up $150 on my credit card, I've done absolutely nothing except eat pretzels, watch Doctor Who, read Almost French and drift in and out of consciousness. There are the remains of my frozen dinner, empty cat food cans, pretzel bags ( Read more... )

Cats have an uncanny ability to disappear. My cat used to disappear in the apartment and I'd look for her everywhere and not find her. And then I'd go back and she'd like "Proow?" and come out of the closet where I had totally looked just five minutes ago and not found her. LOL Granted, it was kinda dark and she was very dark, but still... they're weird that way. lol

Those shirts are all so cute, I love the first two especially!

My cat Tom is Ninja Cat. I had to take him and his brother to the vet for a checkup. I locked them in seperate rooms while mum left so they wouldn't run outside. Five minutes later he had vanished. I looked EVERYWHERE. Under the bed and the bookcases, in the wardrobe, behind the bookcases, inside the filing cabinet. I gave up and went to have a shower hoping he would come out. He did and promptly wedged himself under my mum's bed. There's a 6cm gap between the bottom of the bed and the floor. I had to get my dad to come over and lift the bed up so I could get him. *shakes head*

OMG, trust a cat. LOL Though that's totally part of why I love them, they're just so damn weird.

My cat once smooshed herself into this itty bitty little box, like a cereal sized box and we are talking 16 pounds of cat. It probably wasn't quite as small as a cereal box but an enclosed one like that and she crammed her fatness in there and you'd peer in and these two glooowing eyes would just be like "Dude, what?" back at you. lol
