We had issues when we got out TV channels upgraded, too. There was all this problem with like 90% of them not coming in at all and it took awhile to get it all straightened out, but it's fine now. Annoying though, isn't it?

I've never managed to read anything by Diana Gabaldon... I tried the first book in that series but I just could not get into it, so I didn't bother. lol
