I am never doing stocktake again. Never. It is ridiculous to expect your staff to stay until 10pm. If stocktake is going to take six hours, you close the store earlier. It would be different if we'd been warned that it would take so long, but all the roster said was 4 - ??? and last year it only took a couple of hours. We'd finished scanning
