They seem stupid. Can't you go to another company? Yey for the credit card just be really careful as they have such high return rates like 17.9%apr which is pocket painfull :(
I have my health insurance with them and they are the cheapest not to mention the only place I've found that will even consider covering my asthma for a decent price. Thankfully today when they understood that I didn't care about the online 10% discount they got it all sorted.
My credit card has up to 55 days interest free and 4.9% interest for the first year then 11% after that. It's not that I don't have the money, I do, it's just that my savings are in an account that takes two days to access and I like having the security of knowing if something happens like if one of my cats gets sick I can take him to the vet without worrying if I have enough money in my account to cover the bill.
