The Future of the Distant Relations 'Verse

I know how Distant Relations is going to end and everything that's going to be included, but I already have ideas for a sequel (or two). My quandry now is how to incorporate (or not) the later canon of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the still-evolving canon of Supernatural into the Distant Relations Universe. I'm curious as to what other's thoughts on this matter are, so I've created a poll. Also, feel free to add any comments about what you would or wouldn't like to see happen.
Keep in mind I may not necessarily use these ideas or pick whichever canon turns out to be the popular vote, but I'd like to know your thoughts just as a way of bouncing ideas around.
