Poor Linc. What a frustrating little brother Michael is. Especially this season, he's determined to a fault and Linc can really only hope he comes to his senses because yelling isn't going to help the stress. I'm also happy that Linc's glad Sara is there to help Michael change his mind. I like to see/read Linc and Sara get along :)
You've captured this frustrated big brother very well Sare and it's so nice to see you back on the horse!

Thankyou for your lovely words, Sez - it's a little daunting looking at that horse after such a looong time!

Glad you liked my take on big brother Linc here; he and Michael are so different when it comes to dealing with stress. I think Michael's stubbornness despite his medical condition is alternately worrying and scaring Lincoln.

I love Lincoln and Sara's relationship too - I wish we'd see a bit more of them interacting actually, because I think they play well off each other. I like the fact that they knew each other before Michael came into the picture. *g* For me, it adds a lovely depth to their relationship.

Sierrrraaaaa. You writed fic? I love it when you do this, and it's about effing time always really spot on.

This particular scene? I can tell you know I wanted to slap Michael in the episodes around this time, and I could feel Linc pushing that way too. So frustrating. I liked the idea of Linc and Sara double teaming and you've captured the atmosphere really well here.

Tell me, love. Are you feeling the Gretchie/Linc chem at all? We haven't talked about that, but there are fics around about them.

I always enjoy reading a story from you, petal. I look forward to more - and maybe some original stuff, SPN or Dexter in 2009.

Dearest Rosie. I really love it when you leave these little notes on my journal - no-one can poke, slap and berate my slack-arsed muse write a compliment quite like you, darling, lol. So, thankyou. *g*

Michael could possibly use a brotherly slap, I've been thinking. It's been a while (or seems like it) since the tussle in the sands of Panama, they're probably due!

Glad you liked my take on this - I too like the double-teamed approach from Linc and Sara. IMO, they have a lot of things in common, apart from Michael, and I'd love to see more of them interacting together in the eps we have left.

The Linc/Gretchie love has touched me, I have to admit - I think TPTB dropped the ball AGAIN with that one - so much potential utterly wasted. *sigh*

I desperately want to write more this year too, so let's hope the muse plays along - I know I can depend on you to prod me about it, no doubt! LOL

Heh - yeah, it's been a while, hasn't it?

I love Linc and Sara onscreen together and IMO, this hasn't happened anywhere near often enough on the show. As I mentioned to Rosie, I think they share quite a lot of things in common, other than Michael, and this would be a great base to build a really solid friendship on.

I am trying to write more often this year - I miss it - always lovely to hear from you, dear girl. *g*

*claps hands*

This is fab! I loved that scene, and I love it even more now that you've filled in some "pre-scene" gaps. I wish the writers had explored Lincoln and Sara's relationship and their combined concern for Michael more. *sighs* I guess there are a lot of things I wish they had done.

Great job hon! And soooo good to see a fic from you!

*hugs*

Oh to be in that writers room, hey Linz? If we had any kind of input, can you imagine the places this show might have gone? (or not gone*cough*HIAB*cough*)

Thanks for the kind words, darling - it's been a while since I dipped my toes in the writer's pool so I was feeling a little rusty!

Hopefully, I'll be able to write more this year. *g*
