There are few things that tell you you're in the future as posting an online journal entry from an airplane. Usually the wifi isn't free and I don't bother paying for it, but I had an idea for the draft I'm pecking away at and decided to spend the $2.50 just to get it down before I forgot about it. Always nice to see good friends, especially those who you get together with and pick up right where you left off even if it's been years.

Have you tried looking at http://www.aam-us.org/resources/careers ? (Not much in Florida beachy areas, but there's some California possibilities there right now.)

Heh, I haven't. I don't know how much I want to switch jobs at the moment, actually. We have a new director, things are going reasonably well, and the tradeoff between stability and more money is kind of tricky at the moment.

Saw an SCA resource of yours posted to an AskMetafilter answer recently, and thought of you. Hope things are good.

Things are pretty groovy. Our little dude is 8 years old; he's a strawberry blonde with a sprinkling of freckles across his nose and cheeks. Very into history; who'da thunk it, eh? ;)
