This coming week is going to be on the rough side, stress-wise. I'm doing some stuff at work that is Big and New and I am hoping I have organized everything but of course am scared that I haven't remembered to do something important that will screw things up. Plus it's stinky hot out, the kind of heat that just wears you down and makes you want to

Good luck with the work stuff! Those big projects seem daunting, but are a great opportunity to show off your competence (including to yourself).

But ugh for excess heat.

The project went off...not entirely smoothly but all was successful in the end. A nice sculpture has just been added to our sculpture garden.

The heat was an issue and I have a nice stripe of sunburn on the tops of my shoulders that thankfully could be worse. There was some hiding out in cars with air conditioning on at full blast so nobody passed out of heat stroke.
