Yeah, apparently they flew Alexis out to Paris along with Nathan's stunt double. So you got that great shot of Alexis on the skyline, and then really bad greenscreen for Castle in Paris.
It did feel a lot like one of his own books, but it was fun enough and the first part bought enough good will from me that I rode it out.
Oh my gosh, that sounds like a fun film to get and watch while drinking really, really strong cocktails. I'll have to check it out.
I've seen people grouse about Martha, or about Alexis, and I just eyeroll. Because they're one of the best depictions of a family on tv - they bug each other, they do goofy things, they get in each others hair sometimes, but the affection and deep bond between them just flows under everything.
