Martha had been keeping herself busy while she waited for her newest patient to arrive, clearing a suitable space, making sure Watari's experiments would be out of harm's way, and setting up everything she thought she might need. Guillain-Barré syndrome wasn't something she'd ever had to treat in her medical career, there had been no cases in the hospital she'd been a student at, UNIT soldiers were expected to be at full health, and aliens very rarely suffered from the same problems as humans. But she knew the theory, and that none of the treatments were currently available to her. All she could do was try and help her patient cope as best he could

He opened the door and quietly slipped inside, and as his eyes fell on the young woman - she was younger than he had imagined, and not bad looking at all - he smiled shyly at her and bowed deeply.

"It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Doctor Jones," he greeted, his voice low and respectful.

Martha's smile shifted from professional to genuine as the boy walked in, he was a lot more polite than she was used to. "And you... I don't think you've told me your name yet." Shaking her head and laughing softly to herself at having forgotten something so important, she indicated to one of the free beds. "I'm sorry it's not more professional looking in here, but take a seat."

"I think my standards might have lowered a little anyway," he replied with a wry smile, taking a seat on the bed. "I'm Yuki... No, wait. I'm Seiichi Yukimura, pleased to meet you."
