Shinji sat up, his keen bat ears picking up the sound of someone else on the mountain. Someone new.

He shifted from his position and looked down to see a familiar blonde girl in a red tracksuit making her way up the mountain. Shitshitshit! his brain screamed over and over again. Another part of his brain how saw the familiar person as a plaything, in which Shinji had to tell it to shut up.

He'd be lucky if Hiyori didn't sense him at this close of a range.

Hiyori breathed... getting the eerie feeling that she was being watched. She rolled up her sleeves and glanced in towards the cave. She blinked and got up. and started walking over. "Who's there?" She demanded, her large eyes scanning the darkness that surrounded her. Her hand gripped the handle of her sword tightly.

Shinji gulped and shifted further back in his position, in the processes he knocked down a couple small stones.

His brain screamed at him to get the hell out of there and away from Hiyori but the other part...that damn Hollow told him to stay and seemed to make him unable to move. He was stuck and just going to have to accept what was coming to him...only sooner than he had wanted.

The small girl blinked, looking at what fell infront of her.

Her eyes widened. She didnt know what to say... "....Shinji."

She was in complete shock. What the hell was this place????!!

"Of course I'm not gonna fuckin' stay here an' let it take over but I can't go back down there. What if I end up hurtin' someone?" He was starting to realize just how stupid it had been for him to give up control. "...Shit...I really fucked up..." he mumbled to himself.

That's right Orihime...but...she couldn't be as strong as Hachi, but maybe she could be useful. "Perhaps she can be of some help...there's Gin-kun as well."

Hiyori sat down, her tail curling and uncurling. "I'll tell them." She muttered, looking at him and letting him go. A small grin spread across her face. "Want me to stick around to yell in your ear whenever you're about to change?"

Suddenly.. she was feeling better.

Shinji looked over at Hiyori and frowned. "I'd rather ya not but knowin' ya yeh'll do it anyway."

She kicked him, relaxing on the ground. "You're damn right I will."

Really, there was no point in asking.
