I've never used hemp oil - but if it's anything like sesame oil, I'm all over that train. I love sesame.

hemp oil is not as strong in flavour (i don't think) and it isn't supposed to be heated. more of a drizzle on top or make salad dressing out of type of oil.

probably the same thing sesame oil does when it's heated...it burns.
