Ooooohhhhh, this story is really awesome! So much intel and I love how you play their characters, letting them see the other side of the coin.

Okay, I would be lying if I didn't say that I'm missing the porn too but there's so much potential to go from here. Guh, you just opened so many doors with this one.

Interestingly, it was when O'Neill was talking that Jack got turned on. Both times. Guess Daniel isn't the only one with a silver tongue, lol!

Of course, O'Neill was talking about Daniel and sex when Jack was getting all perky. So it might have been the subject matter as opposed to the skills of the person speaking.

Nah. Combination of both. :-D

(Hammond would have to restrict Sam's access to the quantum email. "Not tonight, young lady. You get yourself to bed!")

I wanted the new boys to seem real to the reader, and in the process of writing the 'glimpses' I grew pretty darn fond of them. They'll certainly get a follow-up visit. Or 2 or 3. ;-)

Opening doors for future stories is a very good thing.

I was expecting some sex, possibly an orgy. *g*

But the surprising part was the bluring of the roles. Dom!Jack thinking about his submissive side and sub!Jack thinking about his alpha display.

I had thought the two realities were distingushed by D/j and J/d. I mean, I thought that was your intention so I was surprised when you put the characters on paths where they may switch roles in either or both realities. Does that make sense?

I realized before I ever began writing it that this story couldn't have an orgy. The quantum pair would never be allowed off-base, and ANY sense of realism *g* would go right out the window if there were an orgy ON base! Not that there are windows underground...

I don't think anybody is about to switch roles - they've all been very happy with the status quo. But there's room for experimentation, finding new mutual turn-ons, playing new games. ;-)
