I liked both the premise, that Dean can't look at or touch Sam, and Sam's way of countering the problem.

I can really see this having happened between them! The demons knew exactly what would push Dean's buttons. And his avoidance is so very in character for him. So is Sam's perseverance.

Heartbreaking but ending happily.
