My favorite song to sing in Gaelic

I have many I love to sing. But this one has been my steady favorite for a long time. It's a sweet sorrowful tune. A lament of unrequited love. Haha, I even think to recognise the lyrics in your icon!

And I recognised Capercaillie within TWO SECONDS FLAT! (you've no idea how rare this is for me and ANY music). Capercaillie/Karen Matheson is made of heaps of pure win and my favouritests group ever. Do you know Cliar and Julie Fowlis, too? Recently discovered Gaelic goodies!

I Love Capercaillie and Karen they are my favorite celtic group too. LOL

I will have to check out those other artists. I am always looking for new Celtic music to get into. Thanks for the suggestions.

Do you know Coda? Awesome music store I discovered while in Edin, they have almost all of that rare stuff you can't find elsewhere. Also, their site is made of win and lets you listen to all the songs in advance (in case of some older albums, ALL the songs, not the first 30 secs).

Took me a while to get into Cliar but they've really really grown on me now. Every single song in gaelic, traditional, with much beat to it. It's awesome if you're working/biking/whatever xD Julie has a golden voice, not quite Karen, but still really nice!
