I have been doing a little spring cleaning lately. Today, I tackled my bedroom closet. I got rid of shoes that don't fit, old magazines and just some junk that is no longer of use. There were also a couple of boxes in there. One I recognized. It held all of my old Boy Scout Awards and certificates. I got my Eagle Scout award in November of 1969. ( Read more... )

Good heavens I think you may be onto something. I may well have been a heavily abused indentured servant that year. That would explain a lot regarding my high pain tolerence.

I have the same problem with certain time periods of my childhood.

Weird isn't it? I can remember my room and described it to my mom when I was younger from when I was 3 mos. old.
But, damned if I can remember some of my twenties and some of my childhood.

Brains are funny, huh?

i think your missing years may have fallen in the time your dad worked at Dupont and must have been in some triple secret chemical trials that went horribly awry.
