I am confused... I thought "pants" in British English meant "underpants" rather than "trousers." Is that very very tongue in cheek, or am I outdated about my colloquialisms?

that also confused me. i've heard current brits use it this way, so maybe despite the english accent it's a video aimed at the american market?
