If that Safari is really old (Mac OS X 10.4 or older), it won't even support the SHA-256 that the certificate chain is using from the root.

I know Entrust by name as An Actual Certificate Authority. If you feel investigatory & have openssl around, you can check if the cert is in your system certificate trust store with `openssl s_client -connect theirurl:443`... I'd've thought safari would be reading the system certs, not relying on stuff bundled with the browser.
