Anybody know anything about stockholder activists Ray and John Chevedden? I can find almost nothing about them online except:

Bloomberg, on his Boeing proposal
Pendola, on his Netflix proposal
A mention in proxymonitor.org
A mention in a Motley Fool article about shareholder activitistsAnd umpteen zillion links to shareholder resolutions ( Read more... )

If you're interested in shareholder resolutions, I'd start with research from this organization. I don't know how much of it is online, and how much you'd have to find in paper form in libraries. Long ago I recall visiting Lamont Library at Harvard to look at their reports.

Edit: also this group, which is more social-activist and less research-oriented. Yes, these two organizations have confusingly similar names and abbreviations.

I'm not. I'm interested in the Cheveddens. That's why I asked about the Cheveddens.

I understand that. But these two organizations either keep track of or advocate various shareholder proxy resolutions. So they may have information about these particular people or proposals.
