Is anyone still having problems?

I saw a ton of posts from April with people having connectivity problems. Specifically getting stuck on the two dots all day. I've been having the problem since April. Every single day morning when I wake up I have to do a soft reboot. Is this still a known issue? Were other people able to get replacements from T-Mobile on this?

What mine has been doing on and off for the past couple months is I have G7, but I can't use AIM, Web Browser, and my T-mail is taking forever to receive. The only thing that works right is text messaging. It's pissing me off so much that instead of making a claim and paying $110 for a new one I just want to cancel my service and sell it.

But, have you gone to the website (which I can't remember) to tell them your connectivity is down?

well, I can't help make it connect or explain why it won't. that sucks. maybe you're just in a weird area?
dunno.
but i can save you the time and hassle of doing a soft reset.
when youre in the jump screen just hit menu>airplane mode> turn wireless off.
wait a little bit about 30 seconds, then do the same and turn it back on. it will make your phone reconnect.
