I hate t-mobile/sidekicks more and more after reading all of these problems (i'm having some too!)
my friend had that problem and I forgot how she fixed it, I'm pretty sure she had to call tmobile though, repeatedly.

I fucking hate calling t-homo. It takes 45minutes on hold just to be transfered to danger, so you can be on hold for another hour! Even at 3 in the morning!
