Spent the morning training up for next week and the week after. Almost overslept. Started with a refresher on Webex, then tried to figure out the video issue I had with Zoom the last time I used it. My body clock woke me up at four. Nervous about work. Got up around five. Made breakfast. Got things ready. Work went well. Over by ten. Then things went tit's up. I worked this week. Monday through Thursday. Thursday was a half-day. There are some jobs that, when they're over, I pass out. Literally. I've exhausted myself mentally and physically. This was one. I just got invited to work a thing in Vegas. On Monday. That's the third request to work something in-person this week. Obviously, I turned it down. I get my second bit of science on Thursday next week. But you know, if it was June and they'd asked... I guess the pandemic is over?
