I might have over indulged this past weekend. Got up early and watched Chelsea Saturday morning. I started drinking early Saturday afternoon for no other reason than it seemed a good idea at the time. Ended up drunk messaging people. Thankfully nothing to be embarrassed about. This time.

The hardest part is being patient. Letting her list out all the bullshit Yahoo News told her, and one by one calmly talk through why it's bullshit. Ask her questions that cause her to think things through. I need to constantly resist the urge to yell out something like, "Look, just take the ten minutes and fucking do it, not like you're doing anything else!" She's 70, lives alone up in the mountains, she's lonely. Frankly, I think she's fine with it but wants to talk to me about something. I'll get her there. Meanwhile, I've got at least another two months before I can get it where I am. -shrug-
