I've got a craving to write a Life on Mars scenelette, except the more I think about it and try to rationalize it, the more plot it gets.

( Basically, it's a conversation about time. )

Dunno if you've watched either Life on Mars or Ashes to Ashes but I adored Sam's lack of ranting (well, except for those few slip ups), as opposed to Alex's hysterics. As for the Science Stick, watch Planet of the Ood (Doctor Who 4x03) then talk to me about Sticks beatings.

I really ought to kick the muse into action. :(
