I know right. I couldn't see it until I got back from college which explains the late timing but STILL. Oh my goodness. At first when I saw it was JJ Abrams I thought: "Oh god, an Abrams' pilot? He's going to crash the Enterprise." But oh! This movie was fantastic.

Surprisingly so. And I don't even like Star Trek, the original series. Heck, I've only seen like, half an episode. But the movie was just a really well constructed movie - and thank god Zachary Quinto doesn't have a bowl cut in real life omg.
