A Secluded Area of the Beach, Sunday Afternoon

Oct 12, 2008 10:16

Juliet had not heard radio. This was, rather, a fortunate thing else her mood would be not nearly bright. It had not been even so bright while the sky was dark. Dark sky, dark thoughts, she’d dwelled for hours on the fact that her Romeo had failed to return for all of yesterday.

With the coming of the sun though, and a new day dawning, Juliet had scolded herself for her uncharitable, nay, unfaithful, thoughts and decided that her husband under God had merely been delayed by his mysterious errands.

She would wait, he would come, and nothing could keep them apart. What was there to be unhappy about? Juliet laughed, spinning on the sand, arms flying out to try and encompass the amount of joy there was to be had.

[For the wayward husband, omg!]
