[Edward was working vigorously on a hedge and what looks like to be a cat playing with a ball of yarn when something hits him on the back of the head that felt like leaves. He stops his work, looks around and shrugs, continuing his rapid movements

Okay.

[He walks slowly to the device, places his palm on one hand up and tips it into his hand with the other gently. He manages to tip it gently enough to keep it from falling onto the floor and follows the other without question. He has the device now held with both hands like a child would a large mug.]

[He's not entirely sure what it meant. Danger generally meant being near fire or being struck by lightening. He was struck once and flinches.]

It is possible there are people like him here. Or people who are worse.

There are animals here that wish to harm us. Animals that in other places would be shy and run away.

Yes.

[He listened closely to Hawke. He seems to trust him since he hasn't gotten any misinformation otherwise nor did he understand much that was going on in this world other than what Hawke was telling him which was a lot more information that he had gotten from anyone else that he's met thus far.]
