Er.... *endogenous* hormone-triggered, rather. I know the exogenous cortisol taper is probably to blame too, but it's not the hormone that'll sort itself out soon.
My sympathies. I have stress/allergy eczema myself, though thankfully only on my left elbow (I know, I know; the body is weird and humorous). Good luck with yours.

I'd be fine with "down to levels I've learned to ignore" too! I've pretty much forgotten what not-itching is like.
