Of course not, though it was hard for even the idiots to miss that little show you and your beast performed the other night. For a moment...I had thought it might work.

It's possible the barrier holds them in, though I couldn't hope to explain how it would. I suppose it's the same way our captors do everything else here.

I've already spoken with her. Though if you don't stay dead the trauma of dying is likely to be haunting unless they were able to forget that.
