Okay, this fic needs some notes. katcorvi sent me some music for Christmas. One of the CDs was Eveningland by Hem. It's not my usual cup of tea, but that's what I love about getting new music from friends. I get introduced to stuff I might not seek out on my own. Wow. I liked this a lot. Loved the lack of talking between Sam and Jack... and the whole team, actually. Cam's psychic understanding of non-spoken communication is marvelous.

The ending with Cam and Daniel bantering and still challenging each other feels really right, too. Very in character and adding a dimension of reality that is a really nice ending note. Talking at this point, but still without saying what they're really saying...

I dunno, this fic didn't seem to need much talking. I kind of like the idea that the team is comfortable enough with one another that after some rough missions, they just want to *be* with one another. Nothing much to discuss.

So thanks again. I loved writing it. It was one of those fics that comes easily.
