My thoughts on SG-1's Dominion. Cutting for anyone who's not seen it yet. Once again, I'm posting while mildly intoxicated. So sue me, it's almost midnight...
I so agree about SGA! Creep City. Ooh...the fanfic fodder...Michael impregnating Teyla...oooh!
I need to watch SG-1 again. You saw so much more in it than I. Guess I was too busy thinking about Adria looking like a young Kirstie Alley with some Catherine Bell thrown in. Yes, must watch again.
Nice write up. I agree with a lot of what you said. Continuity geek! Hee. I didn't like it as well as you did, but I didn't dislike it either. I think I found it slightly unsatisfying in the same way I felt at the end of Shroud. It was a set up episode in some respects, leaving as many loose/open ends as it tied up. Sigh. Guess I'll have to wait for the movie. But I loved Vala and Adria's interactions.
I didn't pick up on the Sam and Daniel as much. Hmm. Guess I'll have to rewatch. ;-)
To be fair, there really wasn't much. We just got a couple of shots of him standing at her back like he used to. Haven't seen much of that lately, is all.
And Daniel picking up the staff weapon! I adored that, though it really had nothing to do with Sam or anyone else. It was just really capable.
