I still can't figure out why I'm so tired or why I need to pee once per night during sleep. I can't afford to feel like this all the time with two jobs.

This might be silly, but I wonder...since you are used to living in the desert, do you maybe still drink more liquids to accommodate that, and you need a little less now?
