Yep.
I was bored enough to pause and screencap Hercules in order to identify the greek gods and goddesses because I should know this shit after studying it for an entire semester back in schooldays. That and reading every greek mythology book ever for another semester back in high school for a project solely revolving around Greek Deities (and this was after I read Gods Behaving Badly, which gave the gods/goddesses permanent personalities in my brain lol Thank You Marie Phillip)

Guys please tell me you know who this green chick is chilling out with Eros and Themis sitting precariously on that mini pillar. My best guess is Hebe, because she was generally depicted sitting on things of marblesque nature so...whatevs. That's my best guess on her, and she's one of the coolest looking ones there. :(
FFF I LOVE THEIR DESIGN FOR ARTEMIS AND HER PET DEER FFF FFFF FFFFTTTTT <3333
Dude guys I almost completely MISSED Hephaestus if there hadn't been this scene with him oggling her boobs. :) That's Aphrodite's HUBBY hahaha awww....
This one was just...BEYOND obvious. That and Hermes pointed him out by name lol.
Okay guys, I'm probably going to get some (shit) for picking the short red dude over the tall caped dude for Ares (admittedly, they are VERY similar in "HEY I'M A WAR GOD" vibe) but if it wasn't for the fact when you see the first, shorter, red Ares swinging a sword (like war gods do) and then when I spotted this-->
..I would have been happy to assume the prior. But seeing that little symbol on his chest, and after a bit of research, I'm pretttyy sure this guy with the cape and awesome headgear mysteriously standing off to the side was Helios, representation of the sun (not to be confused with Apollo). The symbol on his chest looks exactly like the one depicted in statues for headgear, so I'm safely assuming this is the correct guess.
Mostly they were pretty obvious guesses; that and I've studied greek figures for too long that I know what there *~vibes~* are so the color coordination thing was a clever but also helpful hinting box for me.
Now to do a fanart lineup of these guys and see how many Hercules purists come frothing at the mouth over my incorrect labelings HEYO :)
I think I got them pretty much right, thanks.
Read Gods Behaving Badly and you will understand my reasoning. c|
EDIT: After finding a similar guide someone put together using the TV show references as well, I will point out I mixed up Helios and Apollo. Cape-dude was actually Apollo, and the Apollo was apparently Helios. Sorry about that guys. XD
