Great story :D I liked seeing America angry like that, and all the angst that involves having the two of them having feelings yet unwilling to believe that the other has them too xD Post-Civil War is one of those moments in history that I'm always craving to see more of it, with these boys :)

My head canon is that America was kind of a ball of angst during most of the 19th century xD

I may play with this time period a bit more as I enjoyed it a lot, rebuilding from the mess of the Civil War could be an opportunity for some great character building. :)
