Do Shunsui’s family know Ukitake and/or Nanao? Do they get along with them if they do know them?

I think yes, probably for Ukitake and maybe yes for Nanao. It depends on how close he is to his family--I'm not sure that we know that they're even still alive right now? But if Kyouraku is close to his family, I'm sure they've probably met Ukitake because of the length of their friendship/lives, and maybe Nanao.

I want Shunsui's mom to be totally overbearing and treat Nanao like she's already expecting Shunsui will marry her.

Shu's mom to Nanao: "Dar~ling, what are you doing wearing those clothes. It's most unbecoming for a family such as ours to be seen wearing such garments!"

I am sure they know both. Ukitake and Kyouraku have been friends for long enough that he had to have met them within a few year of them becoming friends. Nanao he might have broght home with him for one reason or anouther.
