Quite easily actually. I didn't like it and thought it was dumb. Pirates 3 is all action, corniness, and way too much sub-plot. Where the 1st movie was amusing and downright hilarious, the 3rd had scenes where I thought the writers were on crack. Just because the 1st movie was a huge success, doesn't mean the sequels will (or they will but only because people loved the first one so much).
